Allmusic Guitar Tuition was established in 1997 as Allmusic Academy by Guitarist 'Stuart Edwards'.  Since then both the website and the School have enjoyed continued popularity and success.  Based in the Hamilton North area of Forest Lake we offer Tuition for all ages and levels.  Whether you have never played an instrument before or you are a professional musician wanting to further your education we offer courses to suit all levels.  We pride ourselves on tuition individually structured to suit the individual.  

We offer various lessons with daily times from 7am through to 8.30pm with a range of lesson plans and options.

RESULTS 

2007

In 2007 one of Allmusic Guitar Tuition's  students achieved the highest mark in all instruments for New Zealand with an impressive 97% for his Grade One Classical Guitar exam. 

2009

More great results were delievered 2009 with one of Stu's students achieved a 99% pass in Trinity theory. 

2010

Two of our students topped the country in their Rock School Guitar examinations.  Congratulations to Shay Mcdonald 93% Grade 2 and Leon Wennekers 91 % Grade 4.   

Born in Hamilton Stuart has been playing Guitar both in Bands & Recording projects for 20 years.  With experience teaching at St Johns College, Vision College, Fairfield Intermediate & Fairfield College Stuart enjoys the challenge of teaching young & old.  Stuart has studied Classical guitar and has tutoring experience with performance exams such as NCEA through to Bursary performance.  Stuart has played for Hamilton band 'HOMBRE' since 1999 and is married with two children.

Congratulations to Craig Turner who received a Distinction pass (88%) in his GRADE 3 Rock School Guitar exam Craig has also gone on to complete his GRADE 5 Rock School for Guitar in December of 2005.

Eleanor Piccione has passed her Grade 3 Classical Guitar with a great mark of 89%. Eleanor has gone on to complete her Grade 5 with another great mark of 90% 

Congratulations to Hannah Bright who won best original song in this year's Smokefree Rockquest. Hannah also received excellence in her School Performance exam.
